Terms of Service

1. Who we are

APEspider (apespider.com) is an SEO analysis service provided by Natan Miquel Marco ("we"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

APEspider lets you crawl your websites, connect Google Search Console, track keyword rankings and generate SEO reports. We may add, modify or remove features to improve the service.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. You must provide truthful information and connect only sites and properties you are authorized to manage.

4. Plans, payments and billing

• Some plans and features are paid. The price and conditions are stated at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through our payment provider, which acts as the authorized seller (Merchant of Record) and issues the corresponding invoice.
• Withdrawal and refunds: you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract and recover the amount paid, without having to give a reason. To request it, email us at hello@apespider.com from the address you used for the purchase, stating your name and the purchase date; if your account is already active, you can also request it from the support channel inside the application. The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, through our payment provider, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment we receive your request. After the withdrawal period, amounts already paid are non-refundable, without prejudice to your right to cancel the renewal at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, not to attempt to breach its security, not to overload it abusively, and not to analyze sites or properties without authorization. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its software and its brand are owned by us or our licensors. The data you enter and the data you import from your sites remain yours; you grant us only the license necessary to provide the service to you.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that third-party data (for example, Google Search Console or ranking data) is accurate or complete. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Cancellation and account deletion

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from its settings, either immediately or with a cancellable 15-day grace period (see the Privacy Policy). We may also suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its last-updated date; continued use of the service implies acceptance.
